Holly was the Executive Creative Director when I started working for my current agency. For an ECD, she was very hands on with us little people. She was eventually forced out as most top managers in my business are.
I always admired her energy level. The woman gets up at the butt crack of dawn every morning to work with her trainer, raises two kids and makes it to work before anyone else. I wish I had that kind of discipline.
I'm hoping one day our paths will cross again in some highly creative way.
